How to Make Your Own DIY Yoga Mat Cleaner
You may use the same amount of white vinegar, distilled water, and dish soap that are listed in the recipe. If you wish to make smaller amounts, use a spray bottle.
Make sure your yoga mat is clean. Wash your yoga mat with soap and water. Let the water drip off of the mat for a few minutes so that it will be clean enough to use for yoga practice.
Mix one cup of distilled white vinegar, 1/2 cup distilled water, and 10 drops of lavender essential oil in a spray bottle.
